FAQ for Printed Books

The information required for registration on the website is: Username, password and e-mail.

For the registration on the website you’ll need a Username, a Password and an e-mail.

By choosing “I forgot my username”, you will see the username reminder form, in which you fill your email address. Your username will be sent at the email address used during the registration.

By choosing “I Forgot my password” you will see the password reminder form, in which you fill your email address. Automatically, a link will be sent at the email address used during the registration for the new password.

By browsing the book categories or by typing on the “Quick Search” the book title or the author of the book.

Select the book that you want and add it to your cart. If you already have an account on toubis.gr, sign in using your information. If you don’t have, create a new one. Then click on “View Cart”, choose the payment method, read carefully the “Terms of use”, accept them and then press “Order “. Depending on the payment method, you will be transferred to a specific page where you will enter the information required in order to complete your purchase.

The necessary information is: Name, Last Name, Street, Number and Area. Once you fill the first 5 letters of your area, a window with postcodes and place names will display and you should select one.

Only in case that you wish to receive an Invoice, fill the remaining data.

The transportation costs are calculated automatically by the system depending on the area and weight.

The cash on delivery cost is automatically calculated by the system.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email and the Order Status will be marked as “Completed” meaning that your order has been placed Successfully.

When you order is delivered at ACS, you will receive a new notification message.

For printed books Status Completed means that your order is being processed by toubis.

Status Confirmed means that your order was received by ACS and will be delivered as soon as possible.

Status Partial Confirmed means that your order items with Status Confirmed are received by ACS and will be delivered to you, while for those with Status Cancelled there is a lack of availability.

Status Cancelled means that there was a problem with the information provided and your order was canceled or ACS was not able to deliver your order.

If your order is Completely or Partially Cancelled and was paid by credit card or by Paypal, the orders corresponding amount that is not performed, will be refunded to your credit card or your Paypal account.

You can track the progress of your order anytime, by logging in to your account and selecting “ORDERS” on your account information dashboard.

You can purchase the printed books by credit card, VISA or MASTERCARD issued by any bank.

All purchased printed books will be received at the time specified in the detailed page of the book from ACS.
