How to read digital books

General Mandatory Instructions before buying your 1st e-book (Only for the start)

From your PC / Laptop / Mac / iPad / Android tablet

Create a new account on  Toubis Editions.

In order to read all your ADOBE DRM protected ebooks, on all type of devices, YOU NEED TO OBTAIN AN ADOBE ID.

Instructions to activate e-reading on PC / Mac / Laptop

Install Adobe Digital Edition software v 2.0 on your PC / Mac / Laptop. If you don’t have it already, click here to download. The software is for Free.

Then, activate Adobe Digital Edition software by using your Adobe Username and Password (obtained from Adobe), by selecting ebook Vendor: Adobe ID.

Limitations:

If you like to read your e-books on different PC or Mac/ Laptop (maximum 6 devices), you have to repeat these steps on each device ( All devices should be activated with the same Adobe ID Username and Password).

Caution:

You should not download an e-book before installing and activating Adobe Digital Edition software.

Instructions to activate a mobile device

If you have an e-reader

Connect  the e-reader to the PC/ Mac, which is previously Authorized, using your Adobe ID. This way, the e-reader will be authorized with the same Adobe ID.

How to purchase and read e-books

You can find the purchased e-books, onToubis Editions web site, through “My Library” after you Log In. Then you can download and read them on your device, after you have completed the procedures referred above. (A & B &C). Using your Toubis Editions password, you can download the purchased books unlimitedly and read them on any device authorized with your Adobe Id. (For example you can download again e-books that you have already download on your Pc, now on your iPad/ & Android tablet and read them again).

If you have a device PC / Laptop / Mac

Using the web browser of your choice, visit our e-bookstore (www.toubis.gr), select the books that you want to buy, put them on the shopping cart. Then pay by credit card,  by using your Paypal account and, at the same time, the purchased e-books will be added to your e- library . In order to view the content of your e-library, select the link “My Library” after Log In.

Click on the “Download” link, and it will be downloaded on your PC. Repeat this procedure for all the books that you want to download from your e-library on your PC.

If you have an e-reader

Using the web browser of your choice, visit  our e-bookstore (www.toubis.gr) select the books that you want to buy and put them at the shopping cart. Then pay by credit card , by using your Paypal account and, at the same time, the purchased e-books will be added to your e- library. In order to view the content of your e-library, select the link “My Library” after Log In.

Click on the “Download” link, and it will be downloaded to your PC.  Repeat this procedure for all the books that you want to download from your e-library on your PC. Then, connect the e-reader to your PC and copy the e-books to your device (for copy follow the manifacturer’s device instructions).
